XyloBrit has the same sweetness as sugar and in many recipes can be substituted on a one for one basis. NB Xylitol does not react with yeast. Xylitol is used extensively in sugar free chewing gum and oral hygiene products because of its unique dental care properties which have been clinically proven to help maintain health teeth. Foods containing Xylitol are not suitable for pets.
