Good little machine!
This machine definitely does not disappoint. This machine has an extremely quiet motor, as I had hoped when I read that it had a Swiss motor. It is a little larger than some other wireless machines on the market, but it is easy to adapt to the size difference. One recommendation would be to have a slightly more shapely grip area if the company ever does a redesign in the future. The functions of the machine are fairly straight forward, with buttons on the top of the machine and the body twist. The machine can easily be wrapped with barrier film for cleanliness. Buttons were still easy to engage when the machine was wrapped. In the first week of having it, another artist and I put it through the wringer, and were satisfactorily able to line, pack color, and get decent black and grey results. We did not run the machine until the battery died, but the battery did last at least four hours without charging. The function of switching from liner to shader functions was great, since it aligns more with having a power supply that is capable of the same. The adjustable stroke length is also great that many other mid-range machines on the market lack. I did not have an opportunity to test it with a liner larger than a 9, but it did push a 5-, 7-, and 9-liner without even a hiccup. It was also able to easily push a 15 mag needle grouping.I know a lot of people complain about the weight associated with wireless machines, but this one seems fairly balanced, and the weight was not really a hinderance after initially getting used to the machine. There is a learning curve between going from a corded machine to a wireless, but such is the case going to any wireless machine.

You’ll like this machine.
I’m a long time Bronc user and had a hard time switching from the Bronc Staves. I still use that machine a ton, but the versatility of the v12 is insane. Line work is great because I can dial back the stroke for small needle groupings and go to 4mm for my larger liners. It pulls great lines and packs color fast, but be careful, it has some push and it would be easy to overpower small mags. The shading is absolutely the best, seriously the best machine I’ve ever used for soft black and grey. I have a rook quil that can’t shade like this thing! It is definitely special with that.It doesn’t have the feedback that my staves has but that’s understandable with the adjustable stroke. It still has good feel but adds power and versatility the Staves can’t quite match. This is a good machine no matter what price point it’s being compared to. If you’re an experienced tattooer this will be great, but I feel new tattoo artists could get in trouble and tear up clients due to the power and the longer stroke options. All the work shown was done start to finish with the v12. It rocks!Update. The more I use this thing the more I love it. It has the guts to push any needle group, it is the BEST black and grey machine I have ever used, the color saturation is way above the price point and my lines are just as good as they are with the staves, my sunskin, and even better than my stigma stylist (also has adjustable stroke m but is not wireless and a little temperamental with lines )It’s my personal preference for any tattoo now.

tattoo machine
The adjustable stroke on this makes it great for anything from shading to color packing or a great liner.

I'm a beginner
I have tried 3 different machines as a beginner. And this one is by far my favorite. I like how thick it is in heavy in my hand. The battery lasts a really long time. Easy to adjust all the settings. I really pick up and go machine.
