I’ve been using this shampoo for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed. I used to rely on Olaplex for repair and protection, and while it worked, it definitely wasn’t cheap. Really good stuff and a reasonable price point. I have fine, straight shoulder-length hair. It makes my hair feel soft without weighing it down, and handles frizz nicely. The smell is amazing. Love the simple and cute bottle too which fits nicely on my shower shelf and doesn't distract. Ordering the conditioner to go with it.

Expensive to not have the pump work. The shampoo is great, but trying to squeeze it out in my hand is not great as my hand does not reach around the bottle far enough for me to be able to squeeze into my other hand. I inquired about just getting a new pump since I ordered one from another site and it didn't fit this bottle. No help from customer service unless I want to spend gas and time to return it. I'll figure out another way to get a right size pump.

i really like this shampoo, i have pretty damaged hair since i bleach and dye it often and this helps a lot. it feels a lot softer than it does without using the shampoo

Very hydrating for fine hair! It tends to weigh my hair down but I only wash my hair about once a week. This may be good if you are planning to wash everyday since its very hydrating. Smells fresh and clean! Lathers very well!Id buy again!
