Cheap, safe and effective cockatoo chaser
I bought this to chase cockatoos out of my pecan tree. Didn't need the add-on ammunition chambers as 8 shots are enough to make the birds clear off. The range gets the soft darts almost to the top of the tree. If one ever hit a bird, most unlikely as they scatter even at the sound of being cocked, is wouldn't hurt them.The darts tend to get stuck in the tree but most come down within a day or two with wind or animal movement.Had a possum chew one of the darts but I think they leave them alone now as they're unpalatable.
