I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the shoes I purchased. The sole has cracked within just 5 months of regular use, which is highly disappointing. This appears to be a manufacturing defect, as such damage should not occur in such a short period under normal usage conditions. I trusted your brand for its quality, but this experience has been very disappointing. I kindly request a replacement or repair under the applicable warranty at the earliest. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue.
