I don't often write reviews, but I felt as a grandma this one is important to share. I was looking for a product that was eco friendly and durable. I'm so impressed with the quality of this set I can't wait for my grand kiddos to come visit so they can eat off them. It is heavy enough that little ones will not be able to pick it up and toss it around. The silverware is perfect size for little hands. The rubber keeps them nicely in place. I was debating between the toddler or child plate and I'm happy with the toddler plate it is plenty big for my 2 year old grandchildren. It was easy to take apart and clean, the rubber outer removed and went back on easily. I love the colors, there are several color sets to choose from. I will have to let you know if they like the stainless cups, these will be a new concept for them. The placemats in the photo are not a part of the Elk and Friends product line, I found them separately on Amazon.

I bought these as a replacement for my weesprout suction plates. I liked those but noticed the silicone cracking?? and mold in the back of them. I figured these would work a lot better, and so far so good! These aren't suctioned to the table, but instead have a sleeve around the plate that reduces sliding. I find that they stay pretty sturdy and my son doesn't really tug at it when eating. They are heavy and very good quality. They wash up really nicely and look really nice in my opinion. I feel like they are bit more grown looking for him versus the weesprout ones. Another point I've seen people say is that with their weesprout plates, they're food began to taste like the soap they used to wash their dishes. While I never had this happen, I am glad that these don't have the chance of that happening. The one negative is that they are porcelain. There is a chance of them cracking/chipping/breaking. One of ours did come chipped at the bottom where the sleeve covers up so nothing to worry about, but the chance is still there that it could occur. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of these plates and would recommend for any friends looking for plates for their toddler!

My kids and I are loving these new Elk and Friends Kids porcelain white plates with the silicone sleeves! They come in multiple colors and the divided sections make it easy to keep their food separated (if you have kids that don't like their food to touch). The plate and silicone sleeve are both dishwasher and microwave safe! We all highly recommend this product!

These are great and have held up very well with hand washing (our only option unfortunately!). I don’t have to worry about him breaking it with the silicone wrap, and I don’t have to worry about him eating off of plastic. Bonus it goes in the microwave!

We have gone through many dishes and these are by far the best! I wish I would have started with these! Durable and nontoxic. Easy to clean.

Our go to plates for our kids. We found that pure silicone plates start to taste funny after washing the dishwasher for so long. These have the perfect silicone rim that does not allow food to spill, but it comes off with these and you can put the plate in the dishwasher. The size is a perfect amount for any toddler and the rubber room, gives it a stable hold one place on top of the table.

A little too shallow to keep foods separate/on the plate, but maybe that's decent training for using dinner plates. The silicone sleeves fit great and keep shattered pieces from flying if toddler somehow manages to break a dish (don't ask). Colors are as advertised as well.

If you’re trying to find something that is plastic-free plate for your kids, this is one of the best option. My kids are 2 and 4 years old and they can eat by themselves without the plates moving around the table. It’s pretty heavy but sturdy. It is easy to clean and doesn’t leave any color and residue from the food .
