UPDATE! The seller reached out and sent a replacement cat tree. It seems like it fixed the problem. Perhaps the previous posts were defective. We appreciate this and the cats are very happy now. ———————- It looks cute, but it didnt even last 3 months. It was wobbly as soon as i put it together! I was wondering how long it would last.. answer, only 3 months!!! If you expect cats to actually scratch and play on it then you can expect the wooden holes where the screws screw in to strip. This causes the wooden poles to wobble and eventually fall down. I suppose it can be fixed if youre handy.. but only after 3 months.. this is NOT an issue i should have to deal with. My return window is way expired too. Cant even contact the seller!

This is a beautiful product. However, it didn’t work out for us as I didn’t realize it didn’t have a basket, just two platforms. But it is gorgeous! And sturdy, real wood.

This cat tree is adorable but cheaply made. The top tower wasn’t stable at all. The screw went into to the pole but the metal piece it screws into wasn’t properly glued in and came out. Everything else about it was fine but I’m not exchanging for a new one in hopes it will be correctly made.

This cat tree was very unstable from the start, but we brushed it off since we liked the aesthetics. Unfortunately after about 3-4 months, the screw/bolt that holds the taller post completely stripped the wood from the base where it attaches to, and the post will no longer stand up. We bought this post when our cats were kittens, and they are still under 6 months old, so I wouldn't count on this product holding up for very long. Another reviewer mentioned the same problem we had in a similar timeframe and seem to have gotten this issue resolved, so we are hoping to do the same. We are unable to contact the seller for troubleshooting since it's out of the return window

My cat loves it and it’s good quality. Only rating it 4 stars because the towers are slightly loose fitting and you can’t tighten them completely. With that said though, my cat climbs and jumps on it all the time and it doesn’t budge. She loves the scratch post but the twine wrapped around the post gets used up fast.
