I ordered this camea for my baby to see her when she sleeping . I never had a problem with the camera or the screen display. I am very happy withe product because its showing clear picture at night too. The main thing is NO NEED WIFI CONNECTION . Very easy to set it up good quality . I really recommend to buy it . Also the customer service iss very helpful if you have questions about the baby monitor. I ordered this like almost 2 years never experienced an issue.

Great quality product the picture is great especially for the price, ordered a second one as had another child and love the 360° camera as my very first monitor from another brand did not have this .. especially as they get older and not in a cot moving about the room. Had a slight issue with new monitor but contacted hellobaby directly and their customer service was 5☆ got back to me within a day and had the issue resolved. Would reccommend !

Great camera, very simple to use, always has a clear image of baby. We got this after seeing our friends using it, later found out our neighbours also do. Great price range for the product. Provides all the information needed; room temp etc. volume control is good, eco mode is helpful and the controls to change position makes it easier to monitor baby. There is good quality 2way speaker which has been helpful to speak to partner if I’m stuck with baby, or to soothe baby when in another part of the house. Would recommend. I also love the fact that it doesn’t use WiFi, and the monitor has a great battery life which means I can take it around the house with me whilst baby sleeps. The range is good, from babies bedroom (front of house) to the end of the back garden!!

We own two of these baby monitors and have found them straightforward to use and very good for what we need. After a period of use, both monitors developed the same issue with their charging ports. I contacted HelloBaby support and was incredibly impressed by their response. They replied quickly, understood the problem without any unnecessary back-and-forth, and arranged two complete replacement sets—including both monitors and cameras—free of charge. Even more impressively, both replacement sets arrived the very next day and are working perfectly. This is genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received. Problems can occur with any product, but the way a company responds makes all the difference. HelloBaby dealt with the issue promptly, professionally and generously. I’m extremely impressed and would happily recommend both the product and the company behind it.

On opening the product I found the packaging to sturdy and well organised. The setup was simple and the camera unit connected without any trouble. The actual parent unit and screen was simple to navigate and the options are fairly good. The image quality is better than expected and range for my own personal needs is adequate with 5 bars signal strength. My complaint is the time required to charge the parent unit and find this less than ideal for my requirements. Overall I'm initially pleased with this above average product and the price is fairly reasonable.

Do not hesitate to buy this baby monitor! This is my must have item when having a baby and I love the feature allowing you to rotate the camera itself on the monitor and you dont need wifi to use this monitor safely. I am now looking into getting another one for baby number 2 or an add on as I know this is so reliable and Hello Baby have excellent customer service.

Absolutely love this camera and monitor. Lightweight, easy to use and if you need, you can connect 2 cameras to it at a time! You can adjust the camera remotely which is so useful when you have a very active sleeper. We have bought this same unit several times (baby related smashing incident) because of how good we find it. Brilliant value for money, good sound quality and the size of the parent unit is nice.

We'd been getting by using a battery ring camera, but it was annoying needing to recharge it, and use a phone or tablet, needing WiFi etc. and we wanted a monitor people could use if they were babysitting. Good points: Range is excellent. We've a fair sized house, and this works even when we're in the garden. Panning and tracking is versatile, smooth, and pretty quiet. Yet to wake baby when changing view. Zoom is also helpful. Brightness and volume go nice and high, and the ability to turn the screen off is ideal. Finally, the screen is a good size, and has stood up well to being knocked over and dropped several times. (As has the camera unit) Cons: There are few, but the main one is the popping sound that crops up every few days. It's really loud and annoying, and the only solution is to mute the sound. Not ideal if that's what you're relying on, but for us it's not rendered the device useless thankfully. The image quality isn't amazing, but it's good enough to do the job. In the early days where I was using the Ring camera to zoom in and watch baby breathe in HD, this wouldn't have been good enough for me, but hopefully not everyone is this anxious! Last one is that when the battery is dying on the monitor, it frequently lets out a really loud beep, and then dies pretty quickly afterwards. Would be good to be able to mute this, and get the first warning a bit further from the unit powering off. It does last a good amount of time off a single charge though, so we've just got regimented with charging it every night. All in all, really pleased with it for the price.

Wir sind mit dem HelloBaby Babyphone sehr zufrieden. Die Bildqualität ist wirklich gut, auch die Nachtsicht funktioniert zuverlässig und klar. Besonders praktisch ist die ferngesteuerte Kamera – man kann sie bequem vom Monitor aus drehen und neigen und hat das Babyzimmer immer gut im Blick. Die Verbindung ist stabil und die Bedienung ist einfach. Auch die Zwei-Wege-Audiofunktion funktioniert einwandfrei. Der ECO-Modus ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ein tolles Babyphone mit vielen nützlichen Funktionen und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!!

Fonctionne très très bien je m'en sers comme caméra de sécurité à l'intérieur de la remorque de mon camion quand je dors dedans et ça me sert aussi à faire des manœuvres en marche arrière quand je suis tout seul ça fonctionne super bien la qualité de l'image est

Having 4 kids myself and being a professional nanny/caregiver for over 13 years I have used my fair share of baby monitors. All different brands and all different types. This one is awesome. It works great picture quality is awesome. And the price point….is on POINT. I have a theory every monitor only works for about. 1-2 years no matter how much you spend on them. So spending $$$ on one that will most likely break is silly. Do yourself a favor and get this one

Ça fait bientôt 1mois que j’ai ce babyphone et je l’adore ! Les rotations son parfaite, la vision nocturne est impeccable tout comme celle de jour ! Il y a pas mal de mode comme celle où on peu connecter 4 caméra de la même marque en même temps sur le babyphone moi qui attend bébé 2 ça sera impeccable (Il me manque juste à trouver juste la caméra s’en le boîtier 🤷🏻‍♀️) la batterie tien super longtemps et il a une long portée ! Bref je conseille les yeux fermé !

Abbiamo acquistato questo video monitor per poter vedere e controllare il nostro piccolo ormai da 8 mesi ,mentre si svolgono altre attività domestiche o semplicemente stiamo mangiando, ti permette di avere un po' di tempo libero e controllare ogni suo movimento o risvegli! Semplice e intuitivo, non serve nessuna istallazione . Lo adoro è un prodotto di alta qualità , camera gira a 360 gradi , è silenziosa nel movimento e non si illumina quindi non disturba bambino, può essere appesa o messa su ogni mobile, è semplicemente fantastica , l'ho scelto tra mille altri simili e lo sceglierei di nuovo! La cosa importante che il segnale è preciso ,non arriva in ritardo come succede con altre e non si surriscalda nulla che è super importante per la sicurezza, video nitido di giorno e di notte , c'è anche zoom , si può mettere promemoria per la pappa, ninne nanne , regolare volume e luminosità schermo etc.. fa vedere la temperatura nella stanza. È con noi ogni giorno , è il mio aiutante N1! Il segnale è così potente che posso scendere giù a prendere il pacco del corriere , abitiamo al 6 piano , fino al 1 piano segnale ottimo. Altra cosa importante che la privacy è al sicuro perché non si connette tramite wi fi quindi il video vedete solo voi. Monitor comodissimo , ne troppo grande e non troppo piccolo è giusto, tasto musica dentro il menu ciò evita il rischio di premere il tasto per sbaglio e svegliare il bambino , ottima scelta ,ne abbiamo già 2, consiglio a tutti , grazie al produttore
