I like all the four items. Better to use on a moquette or a carpet, not on parquet because otherwise they are slippery

I have plantar fasciitis, severe neuropathy, heel spurs, flat feet, muscle spasms, osteoarthritis in my feet. I had heard these should be good for the plantar fasciitis, but first time I used the softer one, it hurt way too much. It's possible over time my feet would get used to it and it would be beneficial, but I'm already in intolerable pain, I didn't feel like being a masochist! Too late to return them and I'm not using them.

The green roller is great! I use it a lot. It's kind of squishy material, the but the black one is hard plastic. Slightly painful to use sometimes. I have not tried the balls. They are also hard material. The rollers seem pretty sturdy. I guess time will tell. Overall, the set seems like a good deal because you get 4 pieces, I just don't know that I needed them all.

Dealing with Plantar Fasciitis. Very little success in combatting at the present time. I purchased these as another tool. It is nice to have 4 different options and they are durable and the terrain on them is very pronounced (unlike a tennis ball).

The 3 hard plastic items (roller and two balls) were excruciatingly uncomfortable for me. Someone else may be OK with that. They felt like they were leaving bruises. On the other side, the small foot roller was great. The nubs might be a little shorter than ideal but no problems. Because of the discomfort, I returned the entire pack. I will look into ordering the silicone roller by itself.

All 4 of the settings provide the appropriate level of pressure needed.

These make a big difference in my foot problems. Don’t expect a tingly massage. But my feet feel much more relaxed after and the fascia more pliable. If your feet are sensitive, start with a few minutes each day and gradually increase.
