I ordered this to replace a new Plano single tray box. The Plano had sharp edges, a broken arm on the tray, and a hinge that was improperly installed. The Flambeau is well made, no sharp edges, opens and closes smoothly, the plastic is heavier but not brittle. This is my first Flambeau but it won’t be the last. I returned the Plano.

I got this for storing my painting supplies. It has plenty of room and the dividers fit my paints well. It closes well unlike like some others I've used (where it doesn't line up right) and is nice and stable when unfolded and the trays are extended out.

Nice and meets my needs, plus it was a lot cheaper than the exactly same item, labeled for crafts. My only complaint is that often when I open it, the lid hinge comes unhooked and I have to snap it back on.

Perfect tackle box for my son who is beginning his fishing journey. It has plenty of space to fit all of your fishing accessories and to keep them organized. The clasp is easy to open and has a secure shut. This tackle box is perfect for my on the go preteen!

I'm new to fishing and I have a smaller kayak. This box is perfect for me. It holds everything I need with room to grow with more. It also fits perfectly in my kayak without taking up much room.

I love this product for the organization features. It has all the compartments I needed to put together my family first aid kit. That being said. It is made of a cheaper plastic. The base is pretty sturdy and the top feel sturdy but what is NOT sturdy are the hinges on this unit. Every time I open the lid, the left hinge comes undone. It is increasingly annoying. I had a few items in the outer lid compartment and ended up removing them in the hopes that it would help the box hinge from coming undo. No dice. It still comes undone. I kept the box because I just pop the hinge back into place, but if you plan on using this for a fishing tackle box, I wouldn't recommend it. I still works for my family and I because we have the time, patience and space in the bathroom to pop the hinge back into place and adjust the lid as we open it. If your fishing, it would be so very impractical. As a fisher-woman I would never recommend this as a tackle box. This is better suited for indoor organization purposes only.

Excellent, seems good quality, size matched product description. I prefer these rather than the removable tray type.

I was able to fit a box of items shipped to us for virtual camp into this small compact box for future storage.
