NeilMed Nasa Mist - The Best Saline Spray
I have asthma and very bad sinus problems. I have been using a nasal spray where I had to buy distilled water and saline packets and mix the solution myself. It was time consuming and troublesome and made a mess. Now with NeilMed Nasal Mist, everything comes in a convenient bottle where all I do is unwrap it and start to spray. My nose immediately clears out and my nostrils open up to allow me to breathe easily again. There is no mess and it is super convenient.

I like the fact that this product doesn't have any preservatives
Looking at other people's reviews, I was expecting a high possibility of getting a malfunctioning can but mine came perfectly wrapped in giant bubble wrap. I had to figure out how to depress the nozzle. It can move in different directions but you have to sort of press it straight down carefully. I'm wondering if people might have pressed too hard on it or in the wrong way or bent it backward... I like the fact that this product doesn't have any preservatives. Look up Benzalkonium Chloride which is in many eye, ears and nose products but is proven to be ototoxic. This product was recommended to me by an ENT doctor. The spray was surprisingly gentle and I feel helped flush out my nasal passages.

The spray design is not good. It does not work well. Difficult to operate. Though the saline is good.

Great Product
This product gets the thumbs up every time as it is bothering highly effective, and easy to use. My only gripe guess is why Amazon had such a problem stocking Neil Med products. I just had a product cancelled from my Amazon subscription as they couldn't get it back in stock.

Definitely an improvement than the Lil Noses saline spray. It does deliver the saline in a more efficient manner.

I have used there other product Because of a long time Sinus infection But I find this so much gentler and easier Because only a very fine mist goes into your nostrils I believe this is a good choice , if you have a hard time controlling how much saline solution you squirt into your nose , as I did And this is premixed Happy Shopping

My Sinus Allergy Cure!
This NasaMist Isotonic Saline Spray has made such a positive impact to my sinuses, and I use it in combination with other NeilMed products. Flonase and Claritin alone did not do much to relieve my allergy symptoms, but when I started using in combination with NeilMed products I noticed a huge difference and was so pleasantly surprised! I no longer suffer from seasonal post nasal drip, or nose bleeds from having dry sinus cavities! I highly recommend this to anyone currently suffering from seasonal or year round allergies.

Nozzle broken
Do not waste your money. The nasal spray nozzle doesn't work. I even tried a nozzle from another can, nothing.
