the size was too small

It run smaller then it says.
I measured my waist and I am now between a size 0 and 2. My garment does not look like the picture. It seems to be the same with at the top and the bottom. I have to use the hooks they give me the most space possible. It is not uncomfortably tight anywhere but near my hips. It is actually painful on my hips. I would frankly order this size bigger. I do not see any way to return it, exchange it, etc. I waited quite a while for this to arrive, but I can't wear it if it's painful.

waste of my money.
It did not fit as expected, it was waaaay too small. I returned it right after I opened it.

Sizing is WAY off. Ordered a 2XL and you would have thought it was a medium!
