When looking to expand my home gym, I researched a few different brands and kept hearing about HOPE, seeing other fitness coaches using them, and decided to give them a try. I absolutely love them! I've used other brands (from Target, other fitness retailers), and HOPE's products are by far the best I've come across. I use these bands through rigorous workouts, at least three or four times a week, and they have held up wonderfully. But, above all that, I use HOPE's product because of their mission statement and the awesome good they are putting out into this world, with proceeds going to help out others in their times of need. I thought, if I'm already going to be purchasing exercise equipment, why NOT purchase from a company that cares and gives back?! So, I feel good when I use their products, because they're effective in helping me better my health and wellness, and they help others do the same! Also, huge plus, their customer service is excellent! Definitely highly recommend!

I have seen Hope Fitness Gear resistance bands being used in person and in fitness videos; so far they have been a great addition to my workout routine. The bands can ride up on the legs if highly active but easily adjust back into place. I clean them with plain water after each use to keep them from getting dirty or sticky and so far that has worked out well for me. The small carry case make them idle for travel or keeping them all together in my gym bag. Over all, a great product that I plan to use over and over for months to come.

I received my bands on Saturday and have used them everyday since. They are awesome and easy to use. I can’t wait to use them on my vacation... they will take up zero space since they are in a nice small travel bag!

Love these bands. They do slip a little for certain exercises (lunges for me slipped and made the bands roll) but they’re great for so many others that it doesn’t really bother me. They do have a very strong latex smell that stays on my hands even after I shower and clean them multiple times which can be a bit frustrating.

Used for lower body work out and the bands are pretty durable However the bands tend to roll up a lot when doing squats/side squats/lunges

I LOVE these Hope Fitness Gear bands!! I have tried other brands & they would slip around & a few even broke which can be super frustrating while trying to workout.I do extensive moves & 45-60min workouts w/ the Hope bands & they do not disappoint!!I’m tall & so in some of the moves, my range of motion is quite far & these bands handle it no problem!! (Attached a few photos I hope are helpful).If you’re new to using bands, it takes a little adjusting depending on your strength, body type & what move you’re doing.Also, you can double up bands and play around w/ them to really find what feels good for you!If you’ve been looking for an affordable, quality band that will hold up & perform during your workout, these are the ones for you!!Hands down!

This product is great for adding extra resistance to my workouts. The only thing I don’t like is that it has a tendency to roll and not stay in place. I expected this, but it’s still a slight annoyance. Overall, great product!
