This requires a special drill bit and drill to get the an Anchors in.
This was everything I ever wanted in a handrail to get in the pool we are elderly and needed a rail to get in/out of the pool! One piece of information to note that is important you must have a special drill to go through the concrete that has the power to put the anchors in. Plain old drill will not work we got It installed in minutes so happy for it! We left the plastic coating sheath and added some duct tape to do the temperature break for the sun we can remove it and put it back on if necessary this was really the valuable purchase for us.

Pool Handle
Everything was perfect on this handrail except the delivery. I had a man to put it in the day it was supposed to arrive and had to cut him loose because it was delivered to North Myrtle Beach rather than Myrtle Beach! I made the report to USPS and the young lady was kind and understanding my frustration but while we were talking she had it put on another truck to come to Myrtle Beach the next day. Kip, the man who contacted me shortly after the initial call is located in Myrtle Beach. He called me the next day and I picked it up and he was the sweetest! The pool man came back and installed it in less than 30 minutes! Itโs perfect for the little kiddos and adults and seniors! The price, compared to pool store was amazing and exactly as described and needed!!

Total junk. Legs are different lengths so it will not attach to concrete as it should.

Not recommended
Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I was hoping for a good quality product. Shipping package was cheap cardboard with no retaining for the rail. The hardware box was loose inside the main shipping box and bounced around during shipping allowing hardware to go missing. Company did not send replacement parts. At least they responded to my query but communications became none sensible. You don't send back everything for a couple of parts. I suggest you consider other suppliers.
