Very powerful generator and very much satisfied with after sale support
After-sales service and support truly reflect a company's commitment to its customers. I'm genuinely impressed with the support I've received whenever something hasn't worked as expected. The team has been proactive in ensuring everything meets customer satisfaction. Recently, I had an issue with a starter, and without hesitation, they sent a replacement free of charge. Outstanding customer care! As for the generator itself, it's incredibly powerful, easily capable of powering nearly anything in the house. I've used it to run my entire home, including three AC units and sometimes even four 1200 BTU ACs. Highly recommended!

Lo puse para funcionar con propano.
No trae las instrucciones en español y al final no puedo utilizarlo. 😪

Groupe qui est bien mais qui ne doit pas rester sous la pluie, à savoir ...
Nous l'avons installé avec l'électricien et nous sommes rendu compte qu'il fallait le protéger de la pluie... un peu paradoxal, non ?

Batterie meirt a chaque utilisation
Apres chaque utilisation la batterie est morte et impossible de le redemarrer. Pourquoi la batterie ne se recharge t'elle pas? Il reste toujours au moins 8 a 10 cm de propane dans la bouteille. Nous completement off grid et n'avons pas encore les panneaux solaire. Merci de votre aide
