A fantastic addition to my cooking.

Short expiry
I've bought this brand a couple times, and it is far far better than stuff you'll find in supermarkets, and miles cheaper too. Only gripe is I received a 250g bag with an expiry less than 2 months away. I'll be using it beyond that to be honest, as I assume it will only lose intensity, but it would be nice to have at least 6 months on such a large bag.

Some questionable additons to its recipe
I notice despite all the great things in the product, that is made in Palestine etc to a traditional recipe - it seems not quite as described. All recipes I have seen and tried are basically herbs and sesame seeds. This product also includes - Vegetable oil + Citric Acid? - not included in the advertisement. Why included? Why not mentioned in the ad?
