The only reason I'm not giving this full stars is because despite advertising that this setup is suitable for a 2.5m ceiling even using the daisy chain it is not, especially if you want to really have some fun with this. I am even under 5ft and it was still too long. So if you are tall you might be really disappointed. I Have kept it because the harness is actually more comfortable than an alternative one I bought and returned. The swivel is also strong and compact. I also hope I might be able to get some use out of the bungee in the future by tying it to a tall, strong frame outside somehow. I saw that camp wildfire organisers tied bungees to trees. Anyway, I ordered some very strong resistance bands on another website and hope that I might be able to connect them to the rest of this setup indoors for the time being because it's cold outside at the moment! I will update this review if that works. Thankfully I got 25% off my purchase which kind of covers the cost of the additional resistance bands. If it works I might be inclined to give this 4 stars because then at least I'll be getting some use out of it. I forgot to mention, I think it needs to come with 2 carabiners, not one and I also thing the harness could do with side attachment options for those who might want to start with double stability using a daisy chain if they have enough height for it in their set up.
