I got this couple of months ago, and this is perfect, the app is excellent too, the Ai sensor detects my cat and avoid my cat, i do clean it manually every 2 weeks, wash the mopping fabric once a week, the silicone brush i throw it in a dishwasher, it's easy to maintain and does a great a job, my place is spotless for months, parts are available everywhere even battery replacement is available just in case, this is the best purchase for me in 2024, i leave a clean home i come back to a clean home little Rosie does a great job

I have made a purchase of that product in febrary 2024. the robot did not work well. After contacting the Technical Service from Roborock UAE, they told me that the product was with a seriuous default and to ask Amazon for a refund. Amazon issued the refund in 6th November 2024 but BY ERROR the operator made the refund on my canceled Debit Card at ENBD , canceled card linked to a Canceled Bank Account. I even did not have time to explain that the card and account was canceled that the Amazon operator had already made the refund on that card. Since that moment it has bee 2 months that i'm expecting my money. Amazon that I contacted more than 15 times ( tey know that) always said to me to see with the bank, the ENBD bank, that i contacted more that 15 times also, when to they physical brachn, wrote e-mail, always tell me that I should see with Amazon because they never receive that money and can not accept it for a canceled card linked to a canceled bank account. Since then, Nobody can help me. I don't have may money, the bank says they never receive it and Amazon syas that they already refund it so noboby is responsible. It's a trap! NEVER TRUST AMAZOn FOR REFUND, they keep you with absolutly no help, talking to a bank that don't help even worse when you are not a customer of that bank anymore and finaly you have no chance to recover your money and the support is very very, but very, very bad. Even worse!

i is good , still working since two years.

This was a great upgrade from my last robovac. The sensors and intelligent mapping are a step above helping it detect people and other objects like wires, shoes, etc. in real time and actively avoid getting tangled in things that would trip up typical vacs out there. The mapping does not get warped unlike my last vac from 2021, and is truly a game changer especially for those who are considering this as their first robovac. The powerful suction of 6000pa had me thinking it would sound like a jet engine, but on experiencing it, it really doesn't disturb me as much as I thought it would. There are so many quality-of-life upgrades including the dual roller, which doesn't tangle with hair or other strands of material as much and even if it does, its super easy to disassemble and remove tangled hair off the roller brushes. The first time pairing with the official app was a pain. Technically I never installed the official Roborock app that the packing suggests you to, even up until date from first purchasing this back in December 2023 and its already February 2024 now. I used the Xiaomi app which a previous reviewer mentioned, technically saving me from having to return this back. Other negative I found was the lack of being able to purchase a separate docking station if we ever decided to upgrade and its relatively small dust compartment. Giving it a 4* due to the app issue. I wouldn't have known to look for an alternate app to operate this if it wasn't for one of the reviews here. Otherwise this is one amazing robovac that is a major step above most in its category.

5 months and working perfect... it is really good and i like it

اداء الروبوت جيد جدا ولكن عندي معاناة منذ ان اشتريته انه عندما يعود لقاعدة الشحن بعد دقيقة او دقيقتين يرجع الى الخلف و يقول يوجد خطأ 13 يجب تنظيف موصلات الشحن و هي نظيفة تماما و بعد اعادته عدة مرات لقاعدة الشحن يقوم بالشحن و لم أجد حلا لهذه المشكلة

Excellent product, have been using for few weeks now. No complaint so far.
