I have used these for Lat Pulldowns over my door, and they have held up pretty well. I bought another one for a friend!

Works great for my needs. I wish they had included a second door lock/weight.

The hooks on end of tubing will not connect to the ankle strap loops. The loop is too thick and the hook is too small. Can't believe you are marketing something that isn't even operational.

I am a physical therapist and have been using resistance bands for a long time. These bands are made of a material/manufacturing technique that doesn't allow for adequate resistance through a majority of the range of motion compared to many brands I have used in the past. The handles are small and feel flimsy. The actual bands are short, not even allowing to perform biceps curls on both arms at the same time. There is an appreciable difference in resistance between the colors and the ability to change the bands with the click-in attachments is easy.

Works great only, just wished the door anchor was bigger.
