Wonderful Glass Jar.

I bought two of these carboys for transferring my wine. Great price, Great quality with size and thickness.

This has to be the worst packaging of glass objects that I have ever seen. Boxes for both of the carboys I ordered arrived completely smashed, with bits of way too thin and worthless Styrofoam lining falling out. The delivery van driver even apologized for their condition. Yet both glass carboys were intact and undamaged, a testament to how well made and sturdy these are. (Also, it helps to live near a major Amazon distribution center, minimizing travel time for damaged packages). The carboys are a bit pricey, but very nice and obviously strong. I will probably order more if I need them. Hope their packaging improves by then.

I bought for my water dispenser, it fits and I can start having water in glass . currently I bought the BPA free heavy plastic from Amazon, which is perfect. There’s no aftertaste. It’s perfectly fine, but I just feel a little bit better with glass. The only thing is the lid screw tops if you want to store the water in the glass the standard ones don’t fit because the lip on the glasses is thicker so you have to find another one which I’m gonna be doing, but if it’s sitting in your dispenser, the dispenser attachment fits fine but if you want to store it, you have to buy a different lid attachment just to store the water, but that’s no big deal but it’s very nice. I’m very happy with it.

I wanted to buy one but something told to order two and I can’t return the extra .. ended up loving the two of them .. I’m using them with my brio bottom loader and they are great .. little rins and they are clean and ready to go
