Works so well
I have hormone issues and have always had issues going to the bathroom regularly. I’ve done GI maps, been medicated, exhausted so so so many options. This is the first thing that i have implemented that has worked as well as it has. I mix it with revives chocolate flavored greens and honestly think it’s delicious. It mixes fine in a shaker bottle.

Hard to mix
It’s so hard to mix. It stays clumpy. Tastes bad, so don’t recommend mixing with water. Daughter says works great though.
