Below average product
This product is not worthy. First received a fault productly. Replaced product also doesnt worl well. There is ignition problem, fire, burner etc. Im not recommending this product.

We liked very much. Some of cons are slow heating and less gap between burners due to its design. Over all satisfied with performance of product as on now

Do not buy bajaj product
Do not buy bajaj product. I have purchased product on sep 2024 after 6 months, stove is not working. It's a automatic stove but it's not lighting up automatically. We used to light through lighter and when we on the stove it making so much noise also. I have raised service request on 9 th June, the service person came and said product is not working properly so we raise request to the company to replace the piece. They said within 10 days they will replace the stove, it's almost 3 months now no one came to replace the product. We are trying to call the service person but he is not responding. So please do not buy this product.

Sending defective piece but no replacement policy
Given defective piece and I took it against replacement so I had to give my old gas stove.But when I receive and called to Engineer so he found defective pc because its one of ignition was damaged so I called customer care they said that replacement policy is not with company so Initially I requested for return but due to urgency I have to got repaired by paying Inr1200/- and also pay Inr1000 for convert from LPG to PNG which is okay.Now it has become so expensive.

Autally low Flame
Product is good looking and affordable no doubt. But actually you have to deal with low heat. Even to boil 2 glass water you have to wait for more than usual time.

Poor Quality Product
The product was delivered defective, auto ignition was not working. Service engineer came from Bajaj and rectified the issue with lot of efforts. In few days auto ignition scoped working for 2 burners. Engineer from Bajaj never turned up. Kept on giving excuses. One burnerโs ring is damaged. Having tough time with this Bajaj product. Not recommended to buy online. Online product purchased are treated by the companies as not their own.
