Mizuno Women's Wave Legacy Training Shoes

My first Mizuno! My Love has used Mizuno and it was the first pair that he was able to get over 1000 miles out of them. First try on, I thought they were going to be a bit tight around the widest part of my foot. My first workout was stairs, bike, short run. By the end, my Mizuno's fit perfectly, no blisters, no tightness, and best NO PAIN! My other shoes had started giving consistent shinsplint to the point I couldn't run period. Now! I am My only limit! So excited to get back to finding the best version of myself! Mizuno is exactly the tool my feet needed to help me to the next level, thank you Mizuno! And thank you Amazon for getting them to me so quickly, I appreciate you both! I am a 7 and the fit is perfect. I really like how vibrant the color is for me, the support I feel is perfect and lightweight. They grip well without making me trip, all around win win win for me.

Love this shoe. Comfortable right out of the box. Nice arch support. True to size fit. Wear to gym, walking, trips to the store.

I work on my feet all day long, up and down chasing kids in clinic. I have horrible arches and knees that usually require orthopedic insoles. These make a simple insert feel like my expensive inserts feel like. I am supported and cushioned all day long. True size. True coloring. EXTREMELY comfortable!

Great cushioning inside for a comfortable walking or hiking experience. Offers good support as well.This is my third pair of this brand and each are very comfortable. Runs true to size but they are more comfortable after a few wears. Highly recommend!

I’ve worn Mizuno running shoes for nearly 9 years, and they used to be amazing- supportive, durable, comfortable and quiet while running. I’ve bought this model 3 times in the past 5–6 years. But this latest pair feels like a knockoff (not the price but the quality). The bottom of the shoe is made out of foam, way too soft you can twist it 360 degrees ( similar to sketchers). The mesh and laces are thin and plasticky, and it makes a weird cardboard or Styrofoam sound when you walk. I’m really disappointed in the drop in quality. Not sure if Mizuno changed their product quality for the worse or if I somehow received a counterfeit pair. I really wish I could return them but I already took them for a run. Extremely disappointed!

Very nice running shoes. They are said to run small, but for me the fit is perfect and very comfortable. My size is 7, purchased size 7. I will keep them because the shoes themselves are great. However, I was shocked that they arrived in a clearly worn and dirty condition. Even if it may not show well in photos, the dirt is quite noticeable in my eyes. I am disappointed to receive shoes that appear to have been previously worn when I purchased them as new.

I think the shoe fits true to size. Grip and traction is good but not great. The shoe laces that came with the shoes are fair and easy to tie & untie. The wave legacy is training shoe that I have settled on since I haven't been able to find a proper mizuno running shoe since the earlier Insire and Riders were significantly redesigned.

I am a server and work on my feet all day long. I have 3 pairs. I bought my first pair to see if they would be good work shoes. They are the best, my heals and feet no longer hurt while I’m working. I bought my second pair, which is what I’m wearing now at work and a third pair for walking.
