What is the accuracy of this gauge?

I've been using mine for almost 6 months. I repair bicycles in a volunteer program so mine sees heavy use. Readings on this gauge closely mirror readings with my best digital gauge. Mine appears to perform as advertised at +/- 1% of full scale.

could this be used on a Presta valve on a bicycle
