Not for the faint hearted. There a lot to read, but if your in a boat and the captain goes sick you should be able to get to dry land.

Its like the first episode... then you need to k ow everything else, especially how to actually do it. ...But this is only a taster. Please ring out paet two... and three! Its well presented, cannot fault that.
