What's size would be a 32 in men?

I have a 32" waist and the size M fit just right . :)

How does one size for these? It’s obviously not a full hip measurement.

It's the same as women's underwear US size.

I'm looking for 38 waist in inches and I was wondering which one would I get?

I am 33" and got XL and it seems to fit perfectly. XXL would likely be closest for you.

Does this actually work? I've tried many pairs I've found on here that just haven't worked out and tucking tape just isn't ideal for my skin

Works for me and I got an extra small I usually wear that size fit pretty well.
