does this usb connect Windows PC with Galaxy J22, please (to download photos)?

This cable is useless my advice to u is don't waste your money in 3 days it stop working and it over heat my phone...anyway this cable both side is the C connection if your windows pc is C connection am sure you can use it...i can't provide pictures as i throw it away. Sorry
