High quality ingredients!
Great quality ingredients. I use these gums to make a sweet collagen-promoting soup/drink with snow fungus, jujube dates, goji berries, and longan fruits. They are not chemically processed or polished like the ones found in big bags in the stores. They plump up nicely in room temp water. You do need to clean a bit of the tree debris out of the gums/saps but that is to be expected as it is sap ball picked off a tree. All of my Asian friends say these are definitely high quality products and a great source for TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) ingredients.

Alright compared to other types
The peach gum (apparently from USA) in this trio pack doesn’t expand much compared to the jar form peach gum from the same brand and other peach gums I’ve tried. The trio pack is nice and useful to have but I probably wouldn’t repurchase.

Collagen fuel
I use just a bit of each about 5-6 pieces and put them overnight in a bowl with water. Then rinse them up and boil in 2 cups of water for about 39 minutes mix with goji berries and Chinese dates and some sugar ( could be rock sugar or brown sugar) let it sit and voila! Drink it up while its warm

The package arrived on time! And the quality of the items is very good. I have eaten these three combinations for a long time, I am very satisfied with this price and quality. I often use these cook with milk, red dates, bird’s nest, coconut milk, etc. it’s very delicious!! Will definitely purchase again
