Pretty great fidget slider. I wish there wasn't a crinkling sound. However its light enough it doesn't bother me. I just worry about annoying others. I wish the magnets were a touch stronger because they seperate too easily, I tend to drop one of the pieces. With that being said , those are my preferences, the actual fidget itself is great quality and really helps. Its the perfect size to keep in my scrub pocket.

I really like the feel of it, the weight is great and it has great haptics. There are several different ways to click it and different sounds that lend to its appeal, it’s very satisfying. I bought this only 2.5 weeks ago and it quickly became my favorite but almost just as quickly started showing signs of ware and the magnates are loosing their attraction, becoming weaker. The inside edges are wearing through to the metal. In the pictures you can see where they are wearing and they are only half an inch from each other and about a quarter inch from the tape. I still like it but I wonder how long it will last.

Quieter then most fidgets. Works out the hand very well and helps to train dexterity. I have nerve damage and lose my grip often. Does not require any strength to use. Magnets are strong, and the haptic feedback is clean. Only con, is it sounds like crinkling a wrapper, which can be annoying to those around you.

I really, really dig this. I am semi-new to fidgets, but I'm gathering a small collection of different types for different situations. One problem I have found is that it is so very hard to find fidgets that looks _good_, that doesn't look like a child's toy. This one looks so very nice - I got the copper version. It has substance, it has good weight to it, and it's more appealing than a lightweight plastic fidget. Bear in mind this slidy boi is not quiet. It has a noticeable pleasant (to me) crinkly sound to it, so I don't use this as a slider when I'm around other people. That said, it still just feels nice in the hand even if you're not sliding it - you can almost use it like a worry stone. There are replacement teflon strips (I'm assuming the teflon tape wears out eventually). There are loose magnets, but that appears to be by design. It has a satisfying stuttering movement to it and a little bit of a rattle. I'm really happy with this grown-up version of a fidget toy and definitely want to get some of the other colors now.

Wish I could give this a better review but when you spend under $10 can’t complain too much. Good: the fidget itself is fun, snappy and sounds like Velcro. It has a good weight and the Lego style nubs are a fidget in their own right. Bad: not ideal for small hands, there is nothing really keeping you from send one half across the room. Now I’m not sure if I got a lemon but by day two a good amount of the copper finish was gone and I also seemed to have been shorted the extra PTFE pads.

I wanted to give one star because it wasn’t what I expected or liked. But it is well built, not falling apart, and the description is accurate. When I down rate products, it is because the seller either misrepresents the item or ships a malfunctioning or broken item. I don’t believe it’s fair to the seller or potential customers to rate a product based on my opinion, alone. What I can do is explain why I don’t enjoy this product, by comparing it with others in its catagory that you may be accustomed to buying: Most sliders come in three pieces, which, when they are expanded in a stair-step format, make a clicking sound. You can expand them all the way or just one at a time, but it’s the clicking noise that is missing here. This item only has two pieces, and there’s no “ledge” to catch it. I’ve dropped it several times because one slid off the other section, occasionally losing a piece (hint: if you have anything metal in the drop zone, look there, first! Sheesh) They didn’t lie when they labeled it a slider, because it does slide. But one half has a coating like thin plastic sheath covering several small magnets in this item and glued along the edges, as opposed to magnets imbedded into the original sliders (however, as long as the sheath remains affixed, there’s no risk of losing magnets). The other half is covered with metal and affixed with tiny screws. The crinkling sound is from the small magnets knocking against each other under the plastic coated half. I actually do find this to be quieter than the original slider, but I prefer that sound of metal on metal clanking together, and the grinding of the metals. If you are buying this to satisfy your audio stimming, you may be disappointed. It’s not small; has a good weight, and fits well in the hand. And I do like the wonky Lego design of dots that allow the user to grip the slider and move the pieces. I actually wish my other sliders had this feature. Aside from the plastic or fabric coating on the one side, which I question it’s durability, this is well assembled, and the magnets are strong. Just as I was completing this review, I decided to pick up the item and play with it again. Do you ever get curious about the insides of items? You think, “That’s just two screws! What could go wrong?” And I DID happen to have an octagon head screwdriver. ‼️DON’T DO IT!!‼️ As soon as I unscrewed the second screw, the entire thing snapped and I had eight tiny but very strong magnets and two tiny screws as one unit! Thank goodness the screws were ferrous because I would’ve never found them if they fell in the floor! It comes with a metal divider to keep the magnets from snapping together. But that doesn’t stop them from flipping out and joining its little magnet friend when I try to place a second one. I almost got them in, then they moved a bit, flipped over and popped back out. Trial and error taught me to place the cover over each magnet one-by-one as I placed them to prevent them from escaping. I finally got the magnets in their place and the cover snuggly on top. Then the screws kept popping out of the hole, so I had to place it in the hole with the screwdriver tip, and immediately screw it in. Finally! It’s fixed! Naturally, I grabbed the other half of the slider to put the two pieces together, and they were off-centered. This irritates my OCD to NO END!! So now I need to pull the screws back out so I can try again. But THIS time, I know where I went wrong, and placing these together shouldn’t be so difficult. I need to place the spacer on the OTHER half of the slider and place the magnets in so they stick to the magnets under the fabric. Then put the deep part of the casing over the magnets and slide them over on the top until it snaps. Easy peasy bumble beesy! I must try that. But I’m too shaky from this last fiasco to try right now. Because knowing about the setup actually seems to be fun, and I do want to give this thing another shot. But until I get around to fixing it (which might be as late as never), it won’t be sitting around in a junk drawer hoarding all my household dust and sticking to dead batteries. I placed them on my refrigerator, and they look pretty cool. So even if you don’t like them as slider fidget gadgets, they do make awesome refrigerator magnets. I might just buy me another slider from this company.

I love this so much I bought three of them, at three separate times. The first one (black) helped keep my hands busy and ease anxiety when in public. It fits perfectly in my hand and can be somewhat concealed in my pocket. It does make some noise, which could be good or bad, but I think it’s satisfying. You can tell it’s been dropped a good bit on different types of surfaces and although it shows, it’s still in great functioning condition and is still sturdy. My toddlers also love “playing” with it, but of course it’s supervised because everything tries to make its way into their mouths. I seriously love these.

I bought this, my first fidget gizmo, as an experiment. I have to admit that I enjoy it more than I expected to. I don't buy the claims that it improves productivity. But the knobby texture and the jumpy feel of the movement as the two halves glide over each other is weirdly satisfying. Aside from the feel of the thing, the low clacking sound of the halves as you 'snap' them into place adds to the calming experience. I've taken to developing 'trick' movements where I flip it around with my thumb in a pattern before snapping it back into place and repeating. My only minor complaint is that the finish is already starting to wear off after only a week of use. Two additional glide pads are supplied for when the attached one wears out. I suspect I'll go through all three of them fairly quickly. Not sure what I'll do after that.

This fidget is quite satisfying, with tactile, satisfying clicks as you slide. Nice weight, classy look, the only drawback might be the noise for bystanders.
