This is the perfect product for when you just want to add into a dish without having the manually gather the blend of spices and ingredients you need to make it from scratch. Great for quick and easy use, and definitely adds a bold flavor. Massman is a blend of Thai and Indian, where you'll get the red style Thai flavors as well as the cumin and coriander that you'd normally find in Indian cuisine. Not too spicy and very convenient.

Easy to use and great taste/flavors

For years, we've been making super hot (spicy) Indian curry dishes at home from scratch. We love it so much, we don't mind the time it takes to get all the ingredients blended to make the perfect sauce. But for a change, we tried this Fusion Select Masaman Curry Paste.First and foremost, it's not spicy - and it's not Indian! It's Thai, and the flavor profile is completely different than what we're used to - and that's fine! And it's sooo easy to use. A little goes a long way, so if you want your curry to have an abundance of flavor without adding outside ingredients, just stir in another tablespoon, and you've instantly kicked it up another notch!

This curry paste is perfect! It smells so good and gets the flavor that I was after. I am never able to find Mussaman curry paste anywhere near me, so I ordered it online and would order it again. The jar is big and a little goes a long way. The flavor is great and I'm very happy with my purchase.
