brusho paints
Brusho until I started this course never ever heard of brusho before. It's a new way of painting for me.In this set 12 little pots of intense colored paint. The idea is not to open the lid just to make a little hole in the middle and sprinkle the paint on. The paint when activated with water becomes amazing colors that you don't really see on a palette. Each color you can see other bits of compounds colors that make it up.Its anew way of working but I like it.The first picture I made when I applied the brusho I just kept saying oh Wow,wow

Great addition to watercolour paintings.
Really love these paints. The has some lovely colours in it, suggest you do as they say and put a small hole in the cap to shake it out sparingly, very vivid results, beware they do not wash out of clothing if you spill them. Spritzer bottle a usable size. Wax crayons a super way to block out areas where you don't want the Brusho colours to go. Really enjoying the new dimension they are giving to my paintings.

How much fun can you have?
Very entertaining product, the results of sprinkling are fantastic! However, I really couldn't be bothered to use them as paints, I have others better. It is easier to use them as sprinkler by poking a hole in the centre of the lid (there is a little indentation ) and I used a corkscrew to pierce the lid. Also using permanent ink on the lid to write the colour down is an easy way to find out what the colour is without tipping accidents!

Brusho - wish I'd found it before
Powdered inks which can be used like traditional watercolour, or for an explosion of colour, the powder applied and then spritzed with water. Love them! The colours are really beautiful and bright but I would have liked white and grey in the pack. Have sent for them separately. The waxes work really well too (better than a white was crayon) although according to the Brusho DVD you can just use a piece of white candle wax - must try that for a wider resist mark.

Disappointing
I know its assorted but 3 of the 12 are yellows. The turquoise is too grainy to use.Not value for money at all.
