I love this brand! I sincerely hope they hold up for the long run. I bought one 8 inch pan, and the next day bought a second of the same size. It cooks evenly and perfectly. Heavy crisp or light crisp. It cleans incredibly easily. Cook on medium to low and you still be the high heat you need. Price wise, not the cheapest, but if it lasts, it is worth every penny. It’s only been two days, so we will see how well they hold up in a month.

Good quality product for the price. I have used this several times. The pan cooks evenly and works well on my induction top. After proper seasoning, it does scrambled eggs very well and is very easy to clean afterwards. Even though it stated it comes with a lid, which it did not as other reviews had mentioned, I am very satisfied with this frying pan. I would buy Henckels products in the future.

First stainless skillet bought and we hooked on stainless now. Well made and nice handle.

No lid the pan attracted me because of the lid to keep away flies etc...I am so disappointed I need my lid because it said with lid

I did some research before purchasing this ceramic cookware. I had some Teflon non-stick pans and my wife and I became concerned about the reports I was reading about the possible dangers of using this type on non-stick coating. This was a solid choice. I will emphasis that you need to follow the directions for use, washing and care of HENCKELS products. The pans are well built, weighty. The rivets attach the handle to the pan very well. The ceramic surface works very well. If some thing tries to stick I move to food quickly and put a little more oil in the area, and it doesn't stay stuck. Clean up has been a breeze.

Because of the picture we suspected that happened when it wasn't on our front porch. The house is unoccupied so we went right over and found it! Thank goodness for the picture. We have never had a delivery problem. Sent the delivery rating back too soon.Pan is solid and heavy. Much better than pan that came with induction pan set.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a pan so I can easily flip my eggs “over easy”. This pan works great. Just remember to grease the pan first. Watch my video!

First of all this pan is typical Henckels quality. It’s exceptional for many things and the glass cover is a perfect fit!Pan is solid and fits the stove perfectly flat on the cooktop. Heats well and stays hot. Easy clean! Love it!

J'ai reçu la poêle mais par contre le couvercle n'était pas dans la boîte. Pourtant sur le site, il est bel et bien stipulé poêle avec couvercle. Merci !Ça fait plusieurs fois que j'essaie d'entrer en contact avec vous pour vous dire qu'il n'y avait pas de couvercle dans la boîte. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. Merci !

I chose a higher-priced product thinking the quality would be better. I am a retired chef so look for quality. The pan is sticky in a section of the pan and no amount of oil will stop any food from sticking on that particular area. Very disappointing I do not recommend
