Professional Grade Tool Set For Certain
I'm going to be honest, this tool set is beyond my skill level. I got it for the fish bone tweezer. Yes, I know what the other tools are for, and have actually tried to work without them once or twice. But, they go beyond my hobby-grade cooking skills, into the Michelin star chef's work... or those looking to achieve that level. But, I do know good tools when I see them.
