LEKITraveller Alu Aluminum Adjustable Lightweight Trekking Poles for Hiking & Nordic Walking

I’m a 75 year old female daily walker (on asphalt)!with age related degenerative spine issues ( stenosis and scoliosis). My goal with these Nordic poles is to improve my posture, balance , strength, and endurance for walking and vacation sightseeing. I’ve used my poles for about 10 days. They are comfortably light weight, assembled easily and securely with flip locks, and have comfortably slim and well-shaped grips for my smaller hands. I like the thumbed glove straps because they seem to promote a nice connection with the pole. I have a few times gotten into true Nordic walking mode with a decent long stride and rhythm, but at this point, it’s not a pace I can maintain. Hopefully, I may get to that with more practice. For now, they seem to have promise for helping me just be a better walker. They’re working well in a modified slower gait and I’m happy that they can shrink down to travel in luggage. They aren’t available in numerous wild colors like many others on the market, but they’re not ugly, and I’m very satisfied with the much more important quality aspect. I’ll go with quality any time.

Durch das "Speed Lock 2" Klemmsystem sind die Stöcke kinderleicht zu verstellen. Das Gewicht für Alustöcke ist OK, aber vor allem die "Trigger Shark 2"-Griffe (hat nur LEKI ) sind einfach unschlagbar. Die Stöcke sind zwar nicht ganz billig, aber Qualität kostet halt! Bei diesem Preis könnten allerdings 1-2 Aufsätze, wie z.B. Skiteller dabei sein.

A great product, very easy to assemble. I like the fact that they are adjustable and I can easily pack them and reassemble when traveling.
