Absolutely love these. I do tree work so constantly around chainsaws, wood chippers, loud diesel engines, back pack blowers, etc. These earmuffs deliver day in and day out blocking a significant amount of loud sounds yet I can still hold a normal conversation with them on. I have bought them several times (being my fault as once in a while I break them getting angry lol.) They are hard to break and last me months/ years at a time if taken care of. I can't rate this product highly enough.

These are great.
I work in a fiberglass plant and these muffs work so well with my hard hat. They work much better than traditional earplugs, as I can hardly someone is talking to me but can still hear the forklift and such. They’re adjustable and cover my entire ear. Very comfortable and I am able to use my wireless earbuds with them. Great buy.

Quality product
I like Peltor products for protecting my hearing. I don't like sharing PPE so I buy my own. With my new Petzl Vertex helmet, was time to buy earmuffs that I could attach to the helmet. These attach easily to the slots in the helmet and do the job in reducing the noise and moving out of the way when I don't need them (i.e., folding up against the helmet. They protect my hearing at a reasonable price. You will need to purchase a spudger in order to remove the ear muffs from the Petzl helmet without scratching it up. Thanks, Peltor.

Fits my 3m hard hat, comfortable to wear. Only complaint is the tension is a little too strong to take them off and push them onto your hard hat.

Fits old style Peltor standoffs.
I purchased these Peltor ear muffs to refurbish my old Peltor logging helmet. Its original muffs, (20+ years old), were missing their ear cups. My helmet is equipped with a debris shield that relies on the original bases as its hinge attachment point. To retain the shield, I simply unscrewed the new muffs from their bases and placed them, (the muffs, new wire slides and circular mounts), directly onto the standoffs of my original bases. I found that the standoffs on both Peltor bases, new and old, were identical in diameter and length, which allowed using the same single screw to secure. My old helmet now blocks harmful sound once again and feels as good as new. 5 out of 5 stars for a fabulous product from Peltor.
