It’s flawless and works great. Posting update. Received replacement today. Fitting is ran all the way down but no split in the casting. Looking forward to validating no leak and will update. But for now I wanted to recognize seller for standing behind the product and making it right. Also, re-reflecting on first order the batteries were already installed on first unit and second one they were in sealed wrapper separate from gage. Point being because seller (Adam) was quite engaged in resolving I may have received one that was a return item that someone else either knew it was damaged and did not report it or damaged it and returned it without saying anything. Speculative on my part but because I have to put the batteries in myself on the second unit someone obviously handled the first one and installed it’s batteries. Pictures are of second item without cracked casting along center line of pistol grip. Also, note batteries are packaged separately and that denotes no one handled post the original manufacturer. Hope this helps. Moral of the story if your item is damaged please report it so it doesn’t get shipped out to someone else accidentally. Pros: 1) digital display quality is robust. 2) stainless steel braided hose is also plus. 3) brass chuck lock and lever is well made. Cons: 1 ) pistol grip cast split adjacent to inlet fitting and effect it major air leaking. Manufacturer should consider die casting, thicker material or control their torque process for a tapered thread that by simple physics is a wedge and ramp and laden with potential mechanical advantage to split even the strongest casting. Review: Great inflation / gauge combo for the money, seems high quality - First, I'll say that I didn't want a digital gauge and was looking for an analog unit, but the analog units weren't that much cheaper and were not as highly reviewed. So, I decided to try this one out. After using it, I'm glad I got this one, and my wife liked using it too. I had a cheapie analog chuck from Harbor Freight that stopped working after only a handful of uses, so I chucked it in the trash and ordered this one. I've only had this a couple days and used it twice, but so far it seems great. It can do PSI, kPa, bar and one other unit that is escaping me right now. The gauge is bright and easy to read, the handle is comfortable and seems high quality, I like that it comes with the quick disconnect hardware built in, and the pressure-release button is in a handy location as well. The locking mechanism takes a little bit to get used to -- once I figured out the locking tab should point towards the center of the tire, it worked 100% of the time for me, and feels like it should last for a long time. I am a little concerned about storing the item with the provided AAA batteries in it in case they leak and corrode the battery compartment, so I might take them out when not in use. I also echo the complaint other people have -- when you are not letting air flow, it displays the PSI of the tire. But when you're pumping air, you get a fluxuation of pressures as air leaves your compressor and enters the tire. This makes sense, because the gauge is just reading the current pressure, but it's kind of annoying that you need to pump, stop and check, pump, stop and check, etc. It's just a minor annoyance though and not enough to make me dislike the tool.

Attaches Easily - Works Well For The Cost of Unit
This attaches to my air compressor and works well to inflate tires on my car, garden tractor, etc. Seems pretty well made but is obviously not a commercial grade inflator. It probably wouldn't take a lot of abuse like dropping or kicking around. Good enough for home/garage/shop use.

Best Inflator Tool I HAVE EVER USED!!!
Attached this to my compressor and this thing really does the job. You attach the end to the valve stem and it stays in place as you pump up your tires (or something else). You press the lever and it inflates. Release to lever and it gives you a pressure reading on the illuminated pressure gauge. You get pressure readings on the gauge without having to detach the compressor line from the tire, attaching the air gauge, adjust the pressure, etc. When you get the reading and it is not right you can add more air or release air by pressing a button on the side. Life is good with this tool in the garage. Made of rugged cast aluminum (I think) and should last for years. The gauge can be rotated for easier viewing if needed by loosening the nut holding the gauge with a wrench and retightening to suit your preferernces. It is very accurate and the readings matched my digital air gauge, an analog air gauge, and the pressure readings provided by my car on the dash board. Don't know how i made it so long without it. Highly recommended and I approved this message!!! When you release the pressure lever to pump up the tire, you get the readings on the gauge without having to detach the compressor line from the tire and attaching the air gauge, adjust the pressure, etc

Very useful
Packaged came in swift and quick. Batteries were included so that's a A+. Batteries seemed to have lasted despite the ones included being of questionable quality and brand, but the device is very reliable and economical in the sense that it doesn't drain batteries quickly. Readings are fairly accurate and the luminous screen helps readability in dark and bright environments. The material used for production are rugged and durable, and seem to hold their own; however word of warning do keep a close eye on the steel-braided ''hose'' since - at least in my case - there seemed to be a bit of splintering on the braid, but other than that very pleased with the product and it's been a lifesaver in some occasions. The price in itself makes this item worth it, and you can expect years of service out of this gauge.
