1. The ground coffee is too coarse, adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting. 2. There are not enough ground coffee in the filter, just add more ground coffee. 3. The pressure of tamping is not enough, please increasing the tamping pressure.

How to clean the grinder? How often?

For best performance, we suggest you clean the grinder every 18-25 days to remove the buildup ground coffee. And you can check the video named “How to Clean the Grinder” on video for this product.
