Great for camping!
These can simply hang from your backpack from a carabiner and will never rust. They are lightweight too! A great mug to use with hot or cold drinks.

Pretty good for camping
Pretty good for our camping needs. Who doesn’t like the look of a classic stainless steel mug while sitting around a campfire drinking coffee, hot chocolate or some other beverage? Our primary purpose for these mugs is to keep them with our camping gear so they are ready to go at a moments notice. Ceramic mugs tend to break when we’re roughing it, so we needed something more durable. With a little abuse these mugs will most likely dent, but I don’t mind the look of a worn coffee mug.As for performance, they do a decent job of keeping my coffee hot, but not as well as an insulated mug with a lid. But good enough for how quickly I drink a cup of coffee. We use mugs with lids for cold beverages. I don’t like to put coffee or hot chocolate in those while camping as it can leave a taste in them. I prefer my cold water to taste like water.Overall for the price I think it’s a decent deal. These aren’t the highest quality mugs, but for camping they are pretty good. Just a little smaller than anticipated.

Classic look; a little rough on the inside
I like the look of this mug and its slightly-smaller size, as well as its ability to keep my coffee hotter than a traditional ceramic mug, because of the double-wall insulation. That does seem to work a bit. However the mug is warm to the touch when coffee is in it, so it's not exactly the best quality double insulation. It cools down maybe 25% slower than a ceramic mug - like in an hour instead of in 45 minutes or whatever. That's sort of what it feels like to me. My one complaint is that the inside is a little rough; not polished to be a slick surface like the outside. The inside surface almost feels like very fine sandpaper on my lips. Some people might not care, but I wish the inside was polished smooth like the outside.

Lightweight, perfect for camping
These cups that are 280 ml or about 10 oz are what could be described by some as a standard sized coffee cup. The product description indicates they are stainless steel, though they seems much light than that.Unlike many camp cups that tend to have a folded rim, these cups are seamless and therefore will not have a place for bacteria to form in a little cranny while out on the trail. The double wall is designed to be insulated to keep hot drinks hot, but I do advise tempering the cup before pouring a hot drink in as the metal is pretty cold in chilly conditions and will bring down the temperature of your drink or soup. These will dent a bit from harsh treatment on the trail, but that will just add character. The also make great additions to motor home or car camping. The cups are a great price comparable to other camp cups and I like the clean elegant lines of the shape.

Small, average insulation
These mugs are small and lightweight. I prefer my coffee mugs to be larger, so I have not been using these much. The double wall insulation is not very effective. A hot or cold temperature on the inside is partly conducted through the walls the outside. The double walls are somewhat effective at insulation but could have been better if the walls were a but thicker with a larger air gap inside. The finish is not bad.

Good camping mugs!
These stainless steel cups are great for the campsite. The stainless steel construction keeps them strong, not susceptible to shattering, and resistant to rust. These cups clean easily. I made a chocolatey mocha in one and it was mostly clean with just some warm water. I would not use the green side of a sponge (scour pad) as it would likely scuff the finish. They do keep hot beverages hot for a long time. I'd say it's noticeably better than a ceramic mug. The listing says not to heat them directly, probably because of the double-wall construction. The bottoms of these cups were not as polished as the sides. They had lots of small surface tick scratches. Not a huge deal because you aren't going to be seeing the bottoms of the cups often and for my use case a mirror finish isn't needed.
