Replaced and changing from 1 to 5 stars!
UPDATE!! I decided to get a replacement instead of just returning it, and man am I glad I did! The first one was just a defective one. ***The new one adjusts just fine!*** I now love this cane! Very sturdy. The wide hand grip is much easier on my hand and wrist. Gait feels more natural. Slowly improving my posture. Note: one thing I said in my original review still stands: it will make you stand up straighter, so if you have trouble doing that because of lower back pain, it will initially cause more pain if you're not careful about it. Take it easy and go slow on how much you allow it to correct your posture, to give the compressed vertebrae time to adjust. Please make this cyclone cane MORE DISABILITY ACCESSIBLE! It is IMPOSSIBLE to adjust. I have cerebral palsy and fibromyalgia and may other things. And I am small and would have used the shortest setting most days when I'm walking around barefoot at home(I hate shoes lol), or when wearing thin soled shoes, but I need to be able to adjust it myself because thicker soled shoes like tennis shoes etc, raises me up enough to need to lengthen the cane a bit for proper stability. But with this one, I can't. This cane could have been great. It just arrived today and I've only had it a few hours and I can already tell it would have done wonders for my posture. Plus it was stable enough that I may not have even needed to switch the end cap out for the Hugo Quad Pod like I need for regular off set canes. But in trying to adjust the Cyclone Cane just to see if I could, after releasing the clip, and even taking the clip all the way out, it wouldn't budge. In fact, the only thing that did happen was the force of my trying to pull it out to extend the length made the end cap come off. And then in trying to push the end cap back on all the way, the cane shortened past the first hole and I can't even put the clip back in to secure it, because again, It. Won't. Budge. Very disappointed. I will be returning it asap and will likely also mark it defective.

SAFER WALKING STABiLITY!
GREAT CANE! I own three Cyclone canes…one in the car, one in the house, and one that folds! It’s nice to feel better balance when walking!

Great sturdy cane
Large handle. Very comfortable and sturdy. Large rubber tip. Has good grip on floors and outside surfaces. Excellent!!!

Great for walking and stability, but...
I have bought maybe five of this basic design. When usable, it rates an unequivocal 4 or 5. However, there are two design flaws: 1 the foam grip is extremely comfortable and functional, but wears out and is hard to replace. 2 the height adjustment pin is held by a fragile plastic clip which breaks from minor impacts, such as dropping it to a sidewalk, so the cane becomes unusable. I have been able to repair it by replacing the pin with a thick bolt, but the adjustment is lost.

What an amazing cane!
What an amazing cane. Super sturdy and strong. Gives you confidence to put weight on it. Large wide handle gives you ample area to grip with non-slip cover over top. The bent design makes it lots easier to get up off a chair or a sofa while also giving more stability to just walking normally. The cane end can get a little slippery on wet surfaces but that has been the case on everyone I've tried up till now. Just a great product overall.

Awesome design. But multiple failure points on an expensive cane. Also, cane too short.
Review after using for a year. The good: sturdy cane, no fears it will collapse. The bad: RIP-OFF! There is literally a razor sharp metal edge they designed right beneath the proprietary silicone handle (see photos). Well, I guess it’s not obvious to the company that made this but I’d call this a serious engineering flaw. They call it “normal wear and tear” that caused a matching rip in the silicone cane right over the razor edge. And since they don’t see it as their problem, they want me to pay them around $20 for a replacement handle that will also soon also succumb to the razor edge they have designed beneath it. I paid $60 for this cane but it’s now $45. It should be recalled. If I buy a replacement “cyclone” foot (which I would expect to wear out), I’m probably spending as much as a new cane anyway. Another con: I’m 5’10” and this cane falls short of properly fitting my height. According to my P.T. it’s about 2” too short, or maximum height of 5’8”. Which makes me wonder why the demo pictures show someone seemingly as tall or taller than me. If you are a short person this cane will probably work (as long as you keep a large stock of silicone replacement handles), but why isn’t this able to accommodate an average height American male? (Earlier review. I kept the cane for a year and update is above). Took a chance on a $60 Chinese-built cane. And to my surprise I’m very pleased with this, *ALMOST* perfect. In my one day test, it’s rock solid and the adjustment mechanism is brilliant (though extremely stiff and hard to pull, maybe oil would fix this). The grip is super comfortable and I love the angle. One oversight that will result in this going back: I’m only 5’10 and the dang thing doesn’t adjust long enough to properly use! You’re supposed to have a 15 degree bend in your arm, which inside my home seemed to be possible, but when I walked in the “real world” I noticed my arm was often straight down and that will lead to pain and problems. I spent part of my PT session having my therapist evaluate it and she said it’s around 2” too short at it’s highest extension. I know this is an unusual design as the handle goes forward, but even then it should meet the wrist but it falls way below that. I already have arm pain from a little use. The inventor in the videos doesn’t seem like a short guy, so I’m really confused about why a 5’10” guy like me seems to have gone beyond the length of this cane’s ability. I know the “bend” design adds a limitation to the length an extension can be hidden away, but this is way too short. Perhaps a larger version needs to be offered for people over 5’8 or so. If I was to add one more thing, a stiff spring in the handle to offer a little “give” would be nice.

This cane is a life saver.
I somehow lost my Dynamo Cyclone Cane purchased in 2023 (after anterior and posterior spinal fusion) which limited my mobility for over a week while I purchased a new one. In the following two years, I had total knee replacement (one in 2024 and the other in 2025). Actually, I purchased two new ones. In the meantime, I don't want to use a "substitute" should I misplace my new one. In the meantime, I attempted to use other canes with very uncomfortable and less than ideal results. I feel safe, secure, and supported using this particular cane. When I need to use a cane, it allows me to live my life.

Good cane but some issues
I really liked this cane for the past year and a half. It was better than other canes I’ve tried. It’s sturdy and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hand grip started breaking down several months ago. As another reviewer mentioned, there are sharp edges underneath the grip and it has become uncomfortable. The biggest problem, though, is the adjustment latch to lengthen or shorten the cane broke the other day and the cane collapsed. Thankfully I caught myself and was not injured but this left me shaken. It tried to fix it but it keeps collapsing. I use my cane everyday but this one is totally unsafe. It’s unfortunate that it didn’t last longer.

Amazing design
This walking stick is unlike any other I have used before. The unique design means it is sturdy and keeps the user in an 'upright state'. No more needing to bend over to use it. It makes me feel much more secure when walking and has definitely helped me to walk in a much more normal way. I have already purchased a second one. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Height adjustment pin breaks easily
This is a good sturdy cane with good grip. I have actually bought a few. I agree with the review that the handle does not stand up to normal wear. Also, the height adjustment pin has broken on 2 of them making the cane unusable. Including 1 I’ve only been using for a month. From falling over or being tapped gently. Definite problem
