Yes. I can answer by pressing the small button directly on the earphone.The audio quality is good for both incoming voice and microphone.

Q: compatable with I phone 8 plus?

Yes, this works as long as you have Bluetooth on your cellphone. I really like it when you walk away from the phone,it will tell you that Bluetooth is disconnecting. Walk back to your phone, it automatically reconnects and it is paired.

Q: how do you shuffle stored mp3s?

Sadly there is no shuffle setting for this headset for the MP3 part. It will just play them in the order you transferred them into the folder when you had it hooked up to the device. You can only skip forward/backward with the +/- buttons.

Q: How well does this thing conform to your head?

These bone conduction headphones have proven to be the best I have ever tried. This fits around the back of my head and over your ears. It rests just in front of your ear and not inside. People around me hears nothing. I hear clearly. I definitely recommend!!
