the tablet is the best
my wife loved the tablet it's literally a miniature TV it's such a beautiful screen big screen wide when you're watching something on Netflix it's full screen I highly recommend this tablet for your loved ones your kids I recommend it

Horrible
I put in a pass word and later tried to log in with the exact same password and now I am locked out..I only got to use this tablet twice and now I am permanently locked out..the exact same other tablet that I got the audio for calls is extremely muffled and severe background noise ..I will never order from this manufacturer again and would appreciate my money back for both of these defective devices that I bought for my kids at chrstmas..dont waist your time or your money this product is not worth it

POWER HUNGRY ☹️
Shipping time was good. Nice big screen compared to my old 8" screen. Was there a Thank you note for buying Cooper tablet brand and instruction booklet? NOPE! Just a note how to reboot your tablet, plus charge cord. After battery fully charged, checked to see how much power it uses. It uses A LOT really fast! While ordering on line, it went from 76% to 36% in about two hours. The website I was ordering from more likely did use a lot more data than just surfing. However while watching videos the power usage wasn't much better. Price was good and it works. I ALWAYS get the extended warranty just in case! I've never had anything go wrong when I bought the extended warranty. However when I didn't get the extended warranty, things broke days after mfg. warranty expired. Would I buy another, based on price, and under $50, yes!

Battery Overheating
The tablet worked well for about 4 or 5 days for me, and it began to say "battery too hot". Then it shuts off. It doesn't do it when it's on the charger though. Idk? :/
