Finally fixed a clothes line in the yard between two poles. The lines were always very loose, now they are tight and straight -- you can actually play a tune by pulling the strings. :-)I did have an episode that one of the clamps was missing a nut. I contacted the seller, and they expediently shipped me a replacement. Good reliable seller!The only other issue is why it only comes with 10 thimbles? Technically it should come with 12, at least that is what I would need to use all six turnbuckles in a project.

I bought these to re-string a clothesline, and they fill the bill perfectly. Stainless steel is ideal for outdoor use, and hardware is heavy-duty enough for supporting a lot of steel cable.

I was using the 1/8" Forney cable. I first ordered a Muzata kit, but the description was wrong and only came with the turnbuckles. I then ordered this kit. The turnbuckles are tiny compared to the Muzata with the same description. They did work though.

Works great for gate tensioners in corrosive atmospheres like neat the seacoast.

They work and are a lot cheaper than the ones you get from the local store, I didn’t have a socket one that would fit the cable clamps

I used the kit in conjunction with vinyl coated guy wires to support a telescoping mast to hold a cell signal booster antenna.

Put up string lights in the backyard and to make them more secure ran 3/8th inch coated cable. This kit came in handy to secure the lines and mount to the wall.

This works as it should. I am using it to tighten and clamp my new wire rope clothesline. It seems to be holding up just fine.
