Cheap and effective
More expensive tablets have had little effect on me trying these has definitely help with monthly bad moods feel calmer

These tablets are quite large, but I could swallow them quite easily with any unpleasant taste.

Horrified by the affects of this product. Within hours of consumption one of my eyes had completely closed over.

Ok but too much iron
Didnt read ingredients properly, would prefer these with a lower iron content as too much iron causes stomach upsets. My fault. Ok for the price.

I'm reviewing these based on value for money & ingredients listed as I wasn't actually able to take them.The bottle contains a two month supply for under a fiver. The ingredients listed are all natural & after checking their use & recommendation on t'interweb, they all appear to go well together with no adverse reactions & appear to be useful for premenstrual symptoms. The capsules are quite large but no bigger than many other supplements so should be easy to swallow, especially with the assistance of food or drink.So, unfortunately, I did not take the supplements & returned them unopened.This is no fault of the seller, it is my own stupidity as I ordered the wrong supplements. I had seen two separate listings so went off to research the product before ordering them. When I came back to the listings I inadvertently clicked on the wrong one & ordered premenstrual support when I actually wanted peri-menopausal support 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Good mix of vitamins
These are a good supplement blend that support people who menstruate with the effects of fluctuations in hormones and other effects of the menstrual cycle.It contains ingredients that are known to help with many PMS symptoms, although I do think it would be useful if they also contained folic acid/B9 as that's beneficial for most people who are of child bearing age.You get 60 tablets in a bottle, which will last you 2 months if you take them every day so they're very good value for money at the current price (discounted to £5.99 at time of review). They're large but fairly easy to swallow and have no real after taste. I have experienced some mild heartburn symptoms if I don't take them with enough water, but as long as I swallow with plenty of water I don't have that issue.

For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
