Black FKM John Perry Gaskets are specified by many process equipment manufacturers and are generally suitable for these applications, however service life must be considered and a preventative maintenance program must be in place to mitigate degradation. While acceptable, we do not recommend FKM Gaskets for continuous use in SIP (steam in place) procedures. With that said, FKM Gaskets have excellent compatibility with strong acids and maintain a broad range of operating temperatures from -30 Deg F to 400 Deg F.Storing FKM Gaskets:- Shelf Life: 10 Years from cure date- Store in original packaging in clean and dry warehouse- Do not expose to direct sunlight- Keep more than 6' away from electric motors- Maintain temperature between 65 Deg F and 85 Deg FFKM Gasket Standards Compliance:- CFR 21, 177.2600- U.S. Pharmacopeia Class VI Certification- USDA Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points- Cytotoxicity Criteria- USDA and 3A Standards- ADI Free (Animal Derived Ingredient Free)- Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP)John Perry FKM Gasket Features:- Color Code: one white dot, one yellow dot- -30 Deg F to 400 Deg F Temperature Range- Acceptable for steam applicationsFKM Material is also available in:- Type I and II Tri-Clamp Gaskets- Screen Gaskets- Sock Gaskets- Orifice Plate Gaskets- Gauge Guards- O-Rings- Mini Steam Trap Orifice Plates- ANSI 150# Flange Gasket- ANSI 300# Flange Gasket- Bevel Seat Gaskets- APC Gaskets- I-Line Gaskets- Q-Line Gaskets- DIN/ISO- X-Ray Detectable- Sheets- Custom Gaskets, Profiles, Cord, Scrapers
