Always doubtful about hearing amplifiers, as most dont actually do much to amplify the sound.However, these amplifiers are not bad at all.I only need to use the right amplifier due to not being able to hear properly without having to have the TV loud, or people speak a bit louder if on my right side.Again i wasnt expecting much from the JD Health hearing Amplifiers, but they are actually really xomfortable to wear, even with glasses on. Theybcome with a range of ear piece sizes so finding the toght size is no issue.If following the instruction on use, first week, 30 minutes a day on a low volume, 2nd weeks, incrrase the wear time to an hour increasing the volume slightly, and so on up until the 4th week, when you should be able to wear them for 8 hours+ a day if needed. This is just to adjust your brain to the new sounds and enhanced sounds you will hear.Charging the amplifiers is simple. They come in a charging case with a usb charge cable. The case has light indicators for each amplifier to indicate if they are charged or charging.The amplifiers perform wellwhen listening to the tv, increase the volume to the point the sound is clear without sounding tinny or crackley.Performance when listening to a conversation in person, lower the volume down, again until any crackling and tinny sounds stop.Definitely value for money, but please do not mix these up for hearing aids, they will not help you hear anything if your are deaf, theybare amplifiers only to enhance sound.

Bought for my 86 year old mum,and to save us from going deaf listening to the TV and radio on vol 35,Brilliant results TV volume now on 11 and a can only just hear it myself😂 money well spent very pleased with the results definitely recommend these,easy to use and instructions easy to follow.

I've been wearing these for 3 months now and I am very happy with them. For the first few weeks my brain had to recalibrate itself to all the sounds it had forgotten how to process, but after that initial phase it's been so fantastic to hear the world again in such clarity. You can't put a price on what these have done for me.

When I first tried it all I could hear was whistling unfortunately it went straight into the bin. After being contacted by the seller I received a full refund and I am more than satisfied with the outcome thank you

We got these as a trial to see if my grandad got on with hearing aids. These are easy to use, easy to understand with charging, turning them on and off etc. overall good value for money.

When I put these on my reaction was WOW!. I was able to hear so clearly. Background noises are also amplified but after a full day of use I have become quite used to this minor problem and I am less aware of the presence of the plugs in my ears. The charging case is a useful bonus as it is so convenient especially if I wish to go travelling. I have no hesitation in recommending these.

OK, this is day one but the instructions are clear. Each component works but it is clear much fine tuning will be needed. However within a very short time I have got one aid to work excellently on it's own. Balancing two aids may take some time. However, these are astonishing value for money.I am delighted.
