Loved the taste, packaging, and promises, unfortunately didn't see any results after a good month of consistent use. I expected to at least see stronger nails, especially with the good amount of biotin in easily absorbed liquid form...but nothing yet. Reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for. 68 years old and hair has been thinning for years now. This collagen has surprised me. For a year now I’ve taken a pre measured stopper every night. It’s not much but the results have made my stylist excited. And me! I still can’t believe it. I waited all this time to share so everyone knows it’s worth trying..

I just realized the extremely small amount of collagen in this product. I would have to take 4 bottles a day to get the equivalent of my other collagen supplement. Anyone that thinks this is working for them is having placebo effect. I noticed a major difference in joints pain in the past 2 months. That's my fault I should have read the ingredients instead of the reviews.

I bought this to help with my frail nails, and after about 30 days my nails became strong. My hair is looking so much healthier too. I will be continuing to use this product to keep the positive benefits it has produced. I highly recommend it if you have weak brittle nails.
