This recliner was easy to put together. I t is comfortable and nice. Just what I wanted

Makes a pop sound when I rock (common with rockers) and it's a bit smaller than I thought but I still love it. Massage feature is very weak but still nice. Haven't tested heat option as my home stays the same temperature all year round. It's nice to lay and take a nap in but don't think you're rolling over in it... At least comfortably anyway. Overall, an additional $200-$300 dollars will get you something you would much rather have in your house but this is definitely a nice grab for the price and would certainly recommend, especially for those with apartments or smaller living spaces.Side note: Owned for a little over a month now and everything works great, use it everyday.Rating: 7/10

I have the brown chair and really love it its a great price and comfortable. It's really not made for a bigger person. I'm 5'4 and it fits me perfect. Has a good massager and heat on it and very comfortable. But you do need a strong leg to push it down. The seller is great to do business with and communicates very well if there is a need. I highly recommend to buy from this seller very good people. And the chair is great and super fast shipping. Not hard to put together 3 pieces the arms and the back locks onto the bottom and hook the color coded plugs together simple took 15mins. I purchased this recliner last year in may and I loved it. It was very comfy, soft, wide and I enjoyed the heating and massage features. I also enjoyed how far up your legs recline, I am only 5’2 so that was nice. Unfortunately about 4 months later the back support of the frame started to weaken and made the back portion of the recliner lean too far back. It was past the warranty but I reached out to the manufacturer and they were kind and super nice enough. They responded to my message quickly and still replaced my recliner within a couple weeks, without me even sending back the original one. The only down side is that it is not the same style as the first one, although it does have the same features it is a little smaller in width at the seat and the legs don’t recline up as high as I’d like them but overall it was still worth the purchase. I would buy from the company again.

The chair is not for a man over 5 ft tall. I’m 6”3 and the chair is way too small for me. It is firm and glides and does not rock. The shipping was awful. FedEx destroyed the box! Amazingly enough the chair appears to be not broken or damaged. But FedEx is the worst.It is easy to assemble and vibrates. It is pretty useless and does nothing as a massage chair.The chair is made in China and is in my opinion overpriced. I would not buy it again. If I had known that te reviews about it being tiny were accurate. I would not have purchased this at all.Good things is that it is a chair. It is comfortable and my wife likes it. I of course hate it. I feel as if I have been taken and paid over $300 for a chair worth about $100. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The chair comes from California and is a Chinese cheap garage. It is not dark grey. It is so much lighter grey and the pictures are deceptive. I want to return it. I am very angry and feel taken!

The chair is everything as described. Easy to assemble, very comfortable, the heat is more valuable than I anticipated, rocks quietly, foot rest extends and retracts easily, reclines comfortably, probably one of the least expensive pieces pieces of furniture in my house but in just a few days it has become my go-to destination.I cannot speak highly enough of the seller. Personal issues, death in family, nothing to do with the seller, yet they helped me beyond any reasonable expectation. I would buy the item again and would not hesitate to buy anything from this seller. Thank you !

The recliner Arrived in one box. Once we took the recliner out of the box, everything was there that was needed to make assembling it very easy. The back section of the recliner was no problem. Hearing the clicking sound, we knew it had locked in place to the bottom section of the recliner and was not going to move up or down. The two-arm rest fasten on with zippers on the outside and use Velcro to secure in place on the inside. To make sure you're doing the zipper right, think of it this way, it's just like zipping up a jacket. Only it's horizontal instead of vertical. Connecting all of the small electrical cables / wiring was very easy and all of the functions worked properly on the remote. Once the recliner was assembled, I just had to try it out! The recliner felt so soft and comfortable, I just may sleep in it tonight!!! We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a recliner.

The vibrations f it doesn't really help your backor the massaging part is not good at all it just is annoying kind of feeling and the cord is too short it's pretty heavy it's easy to use it looks great it's not noisy at all is good for rocking your baby and if you have a stiff back yeah it works good
