300g Chip Shop Curry Sauce Powder | Authentic Curry & Sauce Powder for Chippy Style Curries | Perfect with Fish, Chips, Chicken & Rice

I love the flavour of this curry sauce on my fish and chips. I made the mistake of just adding boiling water and trying to mix it, but it was soon remedied with my mini battery operated whisk, microwave and some patience. It definitely works better by mixing in cold water and bringing to the boil in a saucepan. Any left over if I make too much I freeze and add to casseroles, soups or home made curries rather than throw it away. I love it and its well worth the money. I like it on my chicken flavoured instant noodles.

I’ve tried a number of alternatives, and also tried to make my own using various recipes, but this is the most authentic curry sauce mix by miles, based on the curry sauce in our local chip shops anyway. Easy to make up small amounts and exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent, almost authentic chinese takeaway curry sauce. Medium heat and spicy. Have tried many other different chinese curry sauces but in my opinion this is the best in taste and flavour as well as heat. 10/10 but don’t expect for it to blow your head off hot!

I’ve bought the Harry Harvey Tikka Meat Glaze about six times now, and that probably says it all! It’s honestly one of my go-to seasonings because it never disappoints. The flavor is amazing – full of that authentic tikka taste with the right balance of spice. Every time I use it, the meat comes out so juicy and flavourful. What I love most is how quick and easy it is. Whether I’m doing chicken for dinner or prepping something for the weekend, I know I can just rub this on and it’ll taste fantastic. It gives that lovely rich color too, which makes it look just as good as it tastes. This is one of those products I always keep stocked in my cupboard. If you enjoy tikka-style dishes, you won’t regret trying it!

Too lumpy...needs to be prepared in a saucepan unlike Harry Ramsdens curry powder where the powder dissolved easily in some hot water. The taste is ok however.

It tastes just like the curry sauce that I have at the chip shop back in the uk

While it is delicious my packet was close to sell by date and as others have commented the instructions are rubbed off the packet. Another buyer did leave instructions and I love them for it. I’d like to buy to keep in the pantry a while.

Exceptional quality!

This is as close as I have found to true British chip shop curry flavor and texture, and I’ve tried them all! Expensive but worth it when you need a taste of home. Mix 4TBS to 300ml water, bring to boil and then simmer for couple mins to thicken up.
