I have tried dozens of topical pain creams and balms. This one is very nice, has a light scent, is silky and smooth. I will say as far as pain relief goes, it's pretty good. Doesn't help my sciatica much but for normal aches it is helpful. I do reapply it often.

I put this cream to my leg and knee. Pain became cool and mild.

Whoa, baby! A friend of mine referred this product to me, as we both have joint pain and swelling. My worst pain is usually in my elbows and I tried this product, recently. The lotion is very smooth and is not sticky, at all. The scent is overwhelming, but I tend to enjoy the scent of menthol. It mimics the results of other similar products such as Ben Gay, etc. The small exception is that this product is significantly more potent than the other types of remedies. I did not feel any pain relief, but my skin certainly knew that I had applied it! I think this product is exactly what you might expect. A very strong odor, a very tingly elbow and not much else. The transaction was flawless and the product arrived beautifully. I will not order again, only because I did not feel the results I was hoping for.

My second time buying this. It smells nice, helps with pain, and just works well. The willow bark is better then bio freeze in my opinion! When I have migraines or nerve pain, it helps so much.

Just received the package. My sister anf i both slathered down or painful areas, hers where he compound bow gave her a lump on her arm and my lower back. We were both SHOCKED that it actually relieved topical pain immediately and didnt stink like other brands. 20 mins in having it on and we've both commented to each other how the internal pain has subsided. This stuff isnt a gimmick.

This is the best pain cream I have used. I rub it in all the way for a few minutes to make sure it absorbs well into the skin. Willow bark is actually what aspirin is made from and this is why it works so well. It is easy to use and apply with a lotion like texture.

While the natural ingredients are a plus, the constant need to reapply makes it difficult to rely on this product for consistent pain management. Overall, Nature's Willow Balm is just an okay product, and I definitely will not repurchase it.
