Vans Men's Spicoli 4 Shades Sunglasses

These have been my go-to shades for a number of years now. Good fit on the face, ideal amount of eye protection and durable. The number of times I've shoved these in my pocket without thinking about it to find them only needing a wipe is crazy. You don't feel them on the face when they're on as they're lightweight but fit well. The same classic style you would expect from Vans, so if you're a fan of their shoes or other products then they're a good purchase. They also come with a soft carry bag, which I don't personally use but it's a good thing to have on such an affordable pair of glasses.

These sunglasses look very similar, in my opinion although maybe slightly larger, to the considerably expensive Ray Ban Wayfarers. I understand what the other reviewers are saying in regards to build quality. These sunglasses are made from a delicate bakelite type of material, so they ultimately won’t be as robust and durable as more expensive versions. That being said, as long as you keep them in a glasses case after wearing them, and don’t stick them in your back pocket. Then I can’t see any issues arising other than maybe the pins on the arms coming loose. I’ve had these for a few months now with consistent/ish usage and they look identical to when they first arrived. So in conclusion for the low price, I’d definitely recommend them as a cheap interim pair, or a low cost backup. They also do a really good job of polarising bright sunlight and are quite light weight.

Great little pair of sunglasses. Great value for money and they look great as well. Comes with a little carry case which I don't think I will ever use but its a nice touch.

Good quality for the price I was happy with them until 3rd time taking them on holiday sitting in the sun probably 34°c and I hear a random crack and see the frame about the lens had completely split. No pressure or anything I can only guess it’s from the heat and the black frame attracting it more. Just glad they wasn’t £100+ glasses

I wanted to pick up a decent pair of black sunglasses for the summer last year that wouldn’t break the bank, and after stumbling across these Vans shades they seemed like the obvious choice. They look great, are lightweight, have that classic style, and come from a brand I’ve trusted for years (I used to wear a lot of Vans trainers and clothing back in the 2000s). They fit really well and, most importantly, do an excellent job keeping the sun out of my eyes on bright days, with proper UVA/UVB 400 protection. I’ve had them for two summers now and use them regularly, both when out and about and often for driving, and they’re still as good as new. No scratches, no looseness in the arms, and they’ve held their shape perfectly. For around £10, they’ve been a fantastic buy and will definitely stay my go-to pair for next summer too. Purchased June 2024 for £10.40.

Si no fuera por el nombre vans que en sí mismo lleva el "poder" de la marca, no darían la sensación de: ¡Guau, es una furgoneta! Pero, en cuanto al material no está mal y al usarlo es agradable para todo el que lo ve y eso te incluye a ti (que lo usa), pero al tocar el material... Sientes que no es de alta calidad; y si al nombre vans le pones acetona... desaparece, y son solo unas auténticas gafas de sol fabricadas en China, pero eso no significa que no valga la pena la compra, porque lo es. Me gustó y me gusta. Este es el segundo porque perdí el anterior. El primero lo compré en una tienda física y oficial de Vans (USA) y me costó prácticamente lo mismo que este aquí en UE y la calidad es exactamente la misma, así que si le pasa algo a este segundo compraré el tercero sin duda uno de nuevo.
